Tips to help sell your home
1.Paint - Use Semi-gloss paint and neutral colors to make your walls seem brighter. This will make your space seem bigger and help to give it that "POP" that it needs to help your home sell.

2.New fixtures - Updating your home will NEW light and door fixtures can give your home a more rich feel which will appel to buyers.

3.Repairs - Repair all cracks, lights, holes, etc. Anything that would be an eye-sore to buyers. This will give them the feeling that you actually took good care of the home.

4.Rearrange furniture - Pull coaches away from ways, have walk flow to your floor plan, and minimize the objects. All of these things will make your home feel bigger and manageable.

5.Update - Update your furnishings will NEW. Give the buyer the feeling that this place is up to date.

6.Take away clutter - Take away the junk and all additional items. This will give your room more space to work with and make it easier for any buyers to visualize.

7.Give rooms a purpose - If you have an additional room, give it a purpose so that the buyer can visualize how they would use it.

8.Get rid of smell - No one wants to walk into a home that smells.

9.Update your master bath - A big focal point of the buy. By remodeling, you can recooperate up to 110% of the price of remodel.

10.Add a bathroom - Adding a bathroom will not only increase your price, but it will make it more conveniant for your buyer.

11.Kitchen remodel - Update your kitchen by resurfacing your cabinets, adding new appliances, fixing the countertops, etc. because the kitchen is an important room. It could make or break the deal depending on the status of it.

12.Clean - Clean your curtains, blinds, floor, etc. so that the place is clean when the buyer views the property.

13.Add square foot - The additional space is always a plus for potential buyers.

14.Add lighting - Add candles, open windows, and possibly canned lighting to make the space look bigger, brighter, and cleaner.

15.Wash walls - Wash down the walls if you are not painting them so that they will have a good visual for the buyer. Dirty walls will make the buyer think "Dirty people!"

16.Get rid of personal items - Gid rid of pictures and any other items that apply to you. The buyer what's to find a place they can see themselves living in and NOT you!
