Inexpensive Tips to add value to your home
1.Paint
- Use Semi-gloss paint and neutral colors to make your walls seem brighter. This will make your space seem bigger and help to give it that "POP" that it needs to help your home sell.
2.Redecorate
- Update the look of your place with new curtains, furniture etc.
3.Change fixtures
- Change your lighter fixtures, and handles (doors, cabinetry) to add value.
4.Update your home
- Update your furnishings will NEW. Give the buyer the feeling that this place is up to date.
5.Wash walls
- Wash down the walls if you are not painting them so that they will have a good visual for the buyer. Dirty walls will make the buyer think "Dirty people!"
6.Clean
- Clean your curtains, blinds, floor, etc. so that the place is clean when the buyer views the property.

- By adding landscape, you will give your home the curb appeal that it needs to increase your price.
